Callback requests
The callback form asks for your name, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, service concern, message and preferred time for follow-up calls. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and arrange service. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not include payment information, identification documents or other sensitive information.
Callback requests are emailed to [email protected]. The website’s form tools do not create a separate customer-inquiry database.
Providers and technical information
The site is hosted through hosting.com, and the callback email destination uses Google’s Gmail service. These providers process information needed to host the site and handle messages. Hosting systems may keep connection and security logs, including IP addresses and request details.
The production form uses a keyed hash of the connection address for spam rate limiting, with a 15-minute expiration. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. This site also loads Cloudflare Insights for website performance measurement. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information for details about that service.
Directions, reviews and Facebook links take you to third-party websites, where their own privacy practices apply. The Facebook link does not embed a Facebook feed. Advertising measurement is described below.
Website analytics
On the public site, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, traffic sources and interactions such as phone-link clicks, directions clicks and successful callback requests. Google may process browser, device and network information and use analytics cookies. Phone-link clicks do not establish that a call connected, and a callback request is not a booked appointment.
Our measurement code does not send the name, callback number, vehicle details or message entered in the callback form to Google Analytics. It limits page URL information to the page path and selected campaign-attribution parameters. A random first-party marker, valid for up to 15 minutes and cleared on confirmation, helps count a successful callback request once; it does not contain the inquiry details. Logged-in staff visits are excluded except during an administrator’s explicitly marked debug check. The private staging site does not send this measurement.

Advertising measurement
Google Ads measures successful callback requests and calls associated with advertising. For eligible visitors, Google may replace the displayed shop telephone number with a Google forwarding number that routes to the shop. Google can report call details such as time and duration. A call lasting at least 60 seconds can count in advertising reports; this does not establish that the caller booked an appointment or purchased a repair. This setup does not enable call recording.
The Meta Pixel measures page visits and successful callback requests to help measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Google and Meta may receive browser, device, network and page information and use cookies or similar technology to associate activity with advertising. Our measurement code does not send callback-form names, telephone numbers, vehicle details or messages to these advertising tools. Enhanced conversions, automatic advanced matching and the Conversions API are not enabled by our website setup.

How long information is kept
Our policy is to keep inquiry information only for as long as needed to answer the request, arrange or provide service, and handle related follow-up. Information needed for repair records, accounting, legal obligations or a dispute may need to be kept longer. We remove information that is no longer needed.
Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; there is no single fixed period for every record. Email, hosting logs and backups have separate provider settings. The website does not automatically delete shop emails or repair records.
Privacy requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or ask for deletion, email [email protected] or call 207-622-1557. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for service, accounting, legal obligations or a dispute. Please do not email sensitive documents to establish your identity.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the website’s information handling changes. We update this notice before introducing additional advertising or analytics tools.
